Notion Integration

The Notion integration lets you push Computtite reports directly to Notion databases or pages. This is useful for teams that use Notion as their team wiki or project management tool and want inventory data accessible alongside other documentation. This is a cloud mode feature.

How the Connection Works

Connecting Notion follows a similar secure flow to Google:

  1. Click Connect Notion in Settings → Integrations.
  2. Your browser opens Notion's authorization page.
  3. Select the pages or workspaces you want to grant access to, and approve.
  4. Notion redirects back to Computtite. The connection is complete.

Unlike Google, Notion connections do not expire — you will not need to reconnect unless you manually disconnect.

Pushing Reports to Notion

Once connected, export any Computtite report to Notion from the Reports section:

  1. Navigate to Reports and configure the report you want to export.
  2. Click Export → Notion.
  3. Choose a destination: an existing Notion database, a new database inside an existing page, or a new report page.
  4. Confirm. Computtite creates or updates the Notion content and shows you a link to open it.

Available Notion Export Operations

  • Create new database: Creates a Notion database inside a parent page you select, with columns matching the report's fields. Each asset row becomes a Notion database entry.
  • Append to existing database: Adds new entries to a Notion database you already have. The database must have columns that match the report structure.
  • Create report page: Creates a Notion page with the report data formatted as a table. Useful for one-time snapshot reports that don't need database functionality.
  • List databases: Computtite can list databases in your Notion workspace so you can select a target for append operations.

Disconnecting

Go to Settings → Integrations → Notion and click Disconnect. This removes the stored token. To fully revoke access, also go to Notion → Settings → My connections and remove Computtite from there.
