Terms of service

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Computtite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download or use the software. These terms apply to both Local mode and Cloud mode use.

License

Sxnnyside Project grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Computtite for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms. "Commercial use" includes using Computtite to manage IT assets within a for-profit or non-profit organization.

You may not: (a) redistribute Computtite under the Computtite name or brand without explicit written permission from Sxnnyside Project; (b) sell, sublicense, or rent the software; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code for purposes other than interoperability permitted by applicable law; or (d) use the software to provide a competing commercial ITAM service.

Accounts

A Computtite account is required to use the application in both Local and Cloud modes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal.sxnnyside@sxnnysideproject.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Data responsibility

In Local mode, you are solely responsible for the security and backup of data stored on your device. Sxnnyside Project has no access to locally stored workspace data and cannot recover it if it is lost or damaged.

In Cloud mode, you retain full ownership of your workspace data. Sxnnyside Project stores and processes it solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Computtite to: (a) store, transmit, or manage data in violation of applicable law; (b) upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' workspaces or our infrastructure; (d) conduct automated scraping, flooding, or denial-of-service attacks against our cloud infrastructure; or (e) use the service in any way that could harm Sxnnyside Project or other users.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

Integrations

Use of the Google Sheets and Notion integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. Computtite facilitates data export to those platforms but is not responsible for how data is handled within them once exported. You are responsible for ensuring your use of those integrations complies with their terms.

Service availability

Cloud mode features depend on third-party infrastructure. Sxnnyside Project does not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability for cloud services. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity but are not liable for interruptions caused by infrastructure providers, maintenance windows, or events outside our control.

No warranty

Computtite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sxnnyside Project does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sxnnyside Project and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use Computtite. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using Computtite at any time. To delete your account and associated cloud data, contact legal.sxnnyside@sxnnysideproject.com. Cloud workspace data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.

Sxnnyside Project may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. In non-emergency cases, we will provide at least 7 days' notice before suspension.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Computtite shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico. If you are located in the European Union, nothing in this clause affects your rights under local consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

Sxnnyside Project may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated terms and announce them via the GitHub repository at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. If you continue to use Computtite after that date, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to material changes, you may stop using the software and request account deletion before the effective date.
